Dennis was one of Sea Cows Bay bright stars, dating back to the 60's when his various involvments contributed to the development of the Village, and the Island of Tortola.  On Thursday April 19th 2012 he was laid to rest, and yours truly, FRASER: was honored to have Eulogize him.
Please have a look at the true Dennis as is potrayed in his Eulogy.

WHO HE LEFT BEHIND

Dennis has left behind, his wife Louisa, and eight children (seven of whom are featured below) to mourn.  Im sure they are all known to most of you, but regardless of your affiliation, I ask that you keep them in your prayers.

DENNIS THE COMMUNITY MAN
Dennis was a Member of the Third District Committee from its inception, and through his membership, we have been able to do much in the District.  His passing should not deminish those progress made, nor should it deter us from moving forward, but instead, serve to inspire us to push on.
