The Party Then Decided To Come To Tortola And The Natural Thing Was To Land Down On The Chairman's Turf, Which We Did In Sea Cows Bay. This Time For The First Time We Were Fortunate To Have Former Chairman and Leader Of The Opposition: Hon. Ralph T. O'Neal Join Us.
Still On The Island Of Tortola, With Only One Other Elected Representative In The Party With A Constituency Here, We Were Without Option But To Call On Him, So We Went To Carrot Bay.
