In a clear attempt to put distance between the current NDP Administration and a Fraser lead Virgin Island Party government, the Chairman set out clear goals for fixing the economy which is contracting, by moving the Financial Services forward, expanding the tourism sector, while moving towards food security, and fixing the education system.
